Baaamar, The Sleeping Ram

Baaamar would be a top lane champion that introduces a spin on things.

Passive: Baaamar is sleeping the during the game only to stock up on power. His passive would be like rod of ages every minute he is sleeping he gains 10 ap. However in the sleeping state he can not basic attack. Every minute hes not sleeping he loses the 10 ap gained.

His q would fire little fluffs of his wool dealing 50/60/70/80/100 + AP

His w would allow him to ram his enemy with his horns that knocks them back and stuns them for 2 seconds if they hit a wall. However if they dont hit a wall Baaamar gets stunned for 1 second. 30/50/60/80/90 + AP

His e is a bit odd. He hides in his fluffs which allows him to gain 50/60/70/75/85 5 seconds temporary armor. However when he is in his e he cannot basic attack.

His Ult toggles his passive whether being awake or asleep. When awakend with his ult he lets out a cry of fright dealing 120/150/160/180/ + Ap to enemies in an 750 range radius. His ult is available at lvl 1.

Yes riot can take the name, title, and moves for any champion concept they want :D I just wanted to make a spin on how playing a champ could be, storing energy at the cost of not attacking; or not have energy while attacking.

Also i wanted to make his w different from and so i added in the stun if he doesn't hit a wall
