New Champion Concept: Crag, Stone Sentinel of Lost Souls.
Crag, Stone Sentinel of Lost Souls. ~~Long ago, Crag would stand watch over all the lost souls on his island that seemed to always be growing in numbers but never seemed crowded. Crag loved his job and grew accustomed to greeting each new soul with a fresh picked daisy as a welcome token to his beautiful, vibrant island. One day Crag, while wondering the island looking for a daisy, stumbled upon a dense fog that made his stone mind grow weary. After trekking through the fog for what seemed like days, Crag started to lose consciousness and feel into the brush, his last glimpse was a daisy next to him as the world grew dark. A millennia passed as Crag laid silently till one day a (insert disaster or something) blew away the fog and allowed him to reanimate. He awoke to a desolate land with no vegetation anywhere and a dense fog covering everything. He stood up and started walking to escape this nightmare that he woke up too. After finally escaping the mind-numbing fog he found a wilted daisy on the ground, which he picked and watched surprisingly as the daisy bloomed in his touch. It seems that has somehow been altered after many a years dormant. With daisy in hand he headed off to unearth what horrible thing has happened to his island and to learn what else he can now do.
Passive/Vegetation Overcoat: After every 15/12/9 seconds, while in a brush or fountain, Crag will envelope his body in vegetation that grants a shield which absorbs damage equal to 8% of his maximum health. While the shield persists, basic attacks cause the extra vegetation to entangle enemies and reduce their movement speed by 24% for 1.5 seconds. Movement Speed recovers gradually over the duration. Shield will remain until broken.
Q/The Wrath of Crag: Crag puts all his force into his attack increasing damage and sending out a shockwave damaging all nearby enemies. If used in a brush the shockwave pushes down the grass, which then snaps back into place knocking up all enemies nearby. ~~Empowers Crag’s next basic attack to deal 30/60/90/120/150 (+100% Attack Damage) to the enemy and deals a percentage of his Maximum Health (4/6/8/10/12% Maximum Health) as physical damage to enemies within a 200-range of the target. If used in a brush it knocks up all enemies within a 200-range of target for .75 seconds. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds.
W/Fog of Forgetting: Crag blows out a cone-shaped poisonous fog that lightly damages, slows, and reduces sight radius on any enemy caught inside it. ~~Deals 10/20/30/40/50 (+10% Ability Power) Magic damage each second, Slows by 10/15/20/25/30%, and reduces Sight Radius. Lasts 4 seconds. Range: 800, cone-shaped in front of Crag. Cooldown: 12 seconds.
E/Smelling the Daisy’s: Thanks to Crag’s high attunement to nature and new magical abilities he can will plants to grow at alarming rates. Crag uses this ability to create new patches of brush that have a little extra oomph to them granting him and his allied champions a small Movement Speed bonus. ~~Crag grows a new patch of brush which lasts for 5 minutes and when Crag moves through his brush it increases his Movement Speed by 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% for 2 seconds. Allied champions get half the bonus Movement Speed. Crag’s brush size will be the size of the smallest brush found in the middle of the river. Can only have 3 brushes at one time, creating a fourth will wilt the first brush created. Range: 650 Cooldown: 24/21/18/15/12 seconds.
R/Dust to Dust: Crag sucks the life force of all living things around him stealing health from all enemy champions and growing in size for a short duration. Any brush that is in range is sucked as well and wilts for a short duration applying a small boost to Vegetation Overcoat shield per brush and no longer provides stealth to champions during the durations as well. ~~Deals 200/350/500 (+80% Ability Power) Magic damage to all surrounding enemy champions within a 500 range and increases Crag’s maximum health by 30 (+5% Maximum Health) and size for 13/15/17 seconds. When activated any brush (normal brush or Crag grown) within 1000 range will wilt which will instantly activate Crag’s passive, give Crag a boosted Vegetation Overcoat shield by 50 for every brush within range and not provide stealth for 6/7/8 seconds. The Wrath of Crag will always knock up while enlarged. (Brush will only wilt if more then half of brush is within the 1000 range.) Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds.
For his first skin he can have the Elderwood skin just like Bard and then his stone would be switched to bark and his recall can have a poro that somewhat resembles a raccoon.
