A few thought I have had on balancing the rotating game modes.
So I really like them, one of the best things rito has don in recent memory. But there is always a way to improve things. This is my personal opinion and you might not agree with it, that's fine. I just wanted to share my thoughts.
So there are a few problems, one of them being balance. I know the game modes are just for fun, that's why I think balance is important. We get 6 bans over all which is never enough to remove all the OP picks in any game mode. So what you have is 20-40 champions that are being played in most game modes. (made up stat) But you get my point if you played these game modes you see some champions in every game.
So how do we fix it? There are a number of ways this can be fixed. The hardest being balance every champ[ion in every game mode. Which lets be realistic that's not really an option for a variety of reasons. Another option would be to increase bans in rotating game modes, not a bad option maybe 1 or 2 bans for every person. I think that would help diversify champions and make things a lot more fun. However there is another way, I have been playing around with it a bit and I'm not sure how it would go over. There are 2 basic ideas behind this. #1 Make the most played champions not playable, which might ruin it for some people. That's why I like #2 make a cap on how many times you can play any champion, maybe have a cool down of 3 games or so.
I know this might make a lot of people unhappy at first. But I also believe that in the long run everyone will be having more fun. I mean lets be real here no one likes to fight against the OP champions while they are trying to have fun playing adc  in urf. I know that this will probably never happen and I'm fine with that. But I still wanted to share some of my thoughts with you guys so you can tell me what you think.
