Neon Strike Rammus

• I feel like this would be a great skin for him to have because it is really fun, and it suits his personality and character. As far as perks and animations go, his Q would leave a pink trail behind (like dead man's plate or arcade etc) his W would animate a pink shield of spikes around him that pulsed from the circles on his back. His ultimate I imagined would have flashing pink lights and just waves of pink instead of earth for tremors. It was A fun Idea I had and since the guys at riot have mentioned expanding skin themes, I hope this is a worthy candidate. It may not be a high quality piece of art, but it should still communicate the general idea. Colors are obviously subject to change I just wanted to try something different than Vi's color scheme.
