Do I play Janna right?

Basically, when i picked up Janna I won. I won a lot. And then, right as all of the youtubers and pros start saying she is really good because of the supp changes, I stop winning. I have played about 4-6 matches in a row and lost all of them. I do decent in each match, but it never helps. Is Janna just bad in low elo or am i just playing her wrong?

janna is dependent on her adc to actually make plays
