The likeness is uncanny... they even have the same attitude, plus Ekko's Parallel Convergence (W) makes him "bat" a time-thing. Scout's backpack = Ekko's Z-Drive, Scout's Bat = Ekko's Clock Hand, Scout's bag around the front = Ekko's belt around the front, etc.

Interesting comparison. Perhaps Riot can give Valve some of Ekko's weapons and costumes for Scout in Team Fortress 2 as collaboration event items. I'd use that bat anytime.

Yes. This is intentional. They even said during the Ekko AMA that the Scout was an inspiration for Ekko. Welcome to what we already knew.
