Jokull is the king who rules the land forged in ice. By embracing the power of the glacier, he can crush his enemies with the immense power he wields. ~ "They will soon know the cold grasp of the grave...."


http://i.imgur.com/TOEAM4A.png Passive - Frozen Heart Striking an enemy with Frozen Pummel grants Jokull a stack of Frozen Heart, up to 6 stacks. Frozen Heart allows your basic attacks to deal 1-18 (scaling by level) additional magic damage for each stack, also increasing your critical strike chance by 10% while active. Frozen Heart lasts for 10 seconds at 6 stacks.


http://i.imgur.com/9kZ1jV5.png Q - Frozen Pummel (30 Mana, 5 second cooldown) Jokull strikes an enemy, dealing 15/25/35/50/65 (+ 10% AD) bonus physical damage on your next basic attack, as well as applying a stack of Frozen Heart. This ability has a chance to make you take 2%/3%/4%/5%/10% reduced physical damage for 1 second, with the chance increasing for every stack of Frozen Heart.


http://i.imgur.com/hcjSV9D.png W - Chilling Blow (90 Mana, 20 second cooldown) Jokull uses greater force to slam an enemy, dealing 50/60/75/90/110 (+ 60% AD) physical damage and stunning them for 0.25/0.45/0.7/0.9/1.2 seconds. Killing an enemy minion or monster with this ability reduces this cooldown by 50%, and granting half the mana cost. If Frozen Heart is active, the enemy that is struck also loses 3/5/12/15/20 armor for 3 seconds.


http://i.imgur.com/ETR5umj.png E - Frostbite (60 Mana, 8 second cooldown) Jokull uses his powers to slow down an enemy champion by 10%/15%/20%/25%/35% for 2/3/4/5/8 seconds. If Frozen Heart is active, Jokull deals additional damage to that enemy based on your maximum health.


http://i.imgur.com/ktNGYQ2.png R - Warcry (150 Mana, 80 second cooldown) Jokull shouts out in rage, gaining 25/40/75 Attack Damage and 10/15/30 Armor Penetration for 5/6/8 seconds. If Frozen Heart is active, Jokull will heal him and nearby allies for 10% of their max health, and all affected targets will gain a quick 10% movement speed boost for 2 seconds.

The randomness on the Q is a very bad thing. If the numbers of the other abilities were to be tweaked, it might be a good idea!

Looks like a mord skin to be honest. Maybe change the helmet? I do like winter based champions though so good work.

Overall I think he needs some big changes.

His theme is in the end nothing really unique.He is a knight with ice power,which overall isn't that outstanding considering that we have already several knights and several champs with ice powers. storywise he also seems a bit fishy.He is the king of the frozen lands,but which frozen lands are you talking about?We know that the freljord are the frozen lands,but they are ruled the three biggest tribes who are in turn ruled by Lissandra ,Sejuani and Ashe&Tryndamere ,so what does he even rule?

His kit also doesn't really add much in terms of uniqueness.His passive grants some bonuses once he reaches a certain amount of stacks(I also think it is a bad idea to name these stacks frozen heart,considering that there is an item with that name in the game),his Q hits a single target for bonus damage and has a chance to give you some damage reduction(I think luck based abilities are a bad thing anyway),his W hits a single target again but with a stun,his E is a slow and his ult is just a bunch of bonus stats(and honestly it would feel really wasted if you activate it without stacking the frozen heart first).

Compare that to the upcoming Gangplank rework and his powder kegs,TahmKench s ability to swallow others,Ekko ability to go back in time,Bard ability to create portals and cast a mass-zhonyas,etc.

Only thing I can say to this is that the long slow is considerably strong. 35% for 8s? That is a LONG time. I think the longest slow I've ever seen was maybe 3-4s? Unless you were in a constant slow area. Especially since I believe (from reading the description) all of these abilities are targeted abilities. None of them mention skillshots.

On the W I would also change quite a few things. Either:

  1. Switch the stun with the armor reduction to being the effect that needs Frozen Heart active. Stuns are so OP in this game. Also, specify what kind of stun. Can they still attack but not move or just not move or attack? These stuns lately are ridiculous....Morgana anyone? Especially with the setup he has I see him slowing, stunning, slowing, stunning, slowing, stunning. Ridiculously strong CC.
  2. Reduce the stun duration or remove it completely.

After making champions myself and hearing feedback from people I have found that having ridiculous CC makes people angry and not like champions. In my case anyways. The champion I find to be an Icy version Nasus almost. He gains a buff to his basic attack (two of them in fact), has an extreme slow (Like Nasus, but instead of slowing over time it is a decent slow for a long time).

His abilities all seem to be targeted and that is really strong from what I have been told (otherwise to me targeted abilities are ok, but as long as they aren't too strong). The combos you could come up with with CDR and damage is crazy. You'd have a perpetual slow since your CDR on the E could be reduced to be below 8s unless it isn't effected by CDR. This means that the 8s slow can be constant everytime you hit the enemy if the slow is allowed to be refreshed. Then, with the W you could potentially stun and slow then hit with Q and continue on like that making the slow last enough for the W to be off cooldown and then BAM stunned again. Especially if killing someone with the W and have a 16s CD or something. Just need to kill an enemy minion with this, slow the champion, then wait until near the end of the slow and then stun, then slow again.

It's just a perpetual slow in my eyes with the CD as it is and even more with the CDR.

Anyways, that's my opinions. Just a few changes is all.

This champs spells are all over the place and don't provide a lot of synergy with each other. If you rethought some of his abilities I could see it working. Also the artwork for this champ is amazing good job on that!

This. An 8 second 35% slow with an 8 second cooldown. This needs to be nerfed. Everything ele looks good though.
