Appearance: Ki-Lu is a set of 5’ft tall Caucasian teenagers imbued with an elemental property, both of them wear an arm band that is connected to a cable, Ki’s arm band is on his left arm while Lu’s arm band is on her right arm. Ki the male twin has dark black hair & dark blue eyes, he wears short jack with longs sleeves & always has it open exposing his chest with a massive burn mark at the center, he also wears black jeans with the left leg having several leather straps wrapped on it, he wears shoes with rubber soles & his swords sabered is attached to the back of his waist. His only weapons are his control over ice & a large broadsword he carries around. Lu the female twin has long black hair & has dark purple eyes, she wears a zipped up black coat, black jeans & shoes on neck is a visible burn mark that stretch to her waist. She carries around a quiver of arrows on her back & she always has her bow in hand which she uses to channel her mastery of lightning.
Passive: the Bonds of Twins. When Ki-Lu’s Max HP is fully 100% then Ki the male twin will be the active one acting as the main Character using his ice sword to deal 6% of his current Attack Damage as Physical Damage, when Ki-Lu’s HP reaches 50% then Ki’s sister Lu will take over as the main Character using her lightning bow & will have her Attack Range be increased by 300-range becoming a Ranged unit & her Basic Attacks will deal 6% of her current Attack Damage as Magic Damage.
Q-Ability: Striking Storm. Range: 550. Cool Down: 16/15/14/13/12. Magic Damage: 68/128/188/248/308(+30% bonus AP). Activate: after Ki-Lu has chosen a narrow path with this Ability then upon its activation Lu will aim her lightning bow in the target direction then she will fire a lightning arrow in the chosen direction, when the arrow comes in contact with an enemy target it will deal Magic Damage & will Stun the target for 1.5 seconds & will Shred the targets Magic Resist by 12% for the duration of the Stun.
W-Ability: Howling Wind. Range: 450. Cool Down: 9. Physical Damage: 46/86/126/166/206(+40% bonus AD). Activate: after Ki-Lu has chosen a single enemy target within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Ki will leap at his chosen target, when he makes contact with the target he will spin in place swinging his ice sword in a 150-radius around the target dealing Physical Damage to the initial target & any surrounding enemies within the radius while also applying a 40% Movement Speed Slow to all affected targets for 1.5 seconds & will Shred the targets Armor by 12% for the duration of the Slow.
E-Ability: Gemini’s Assault. Range: 450. Cool Down: 14/13/12/11/10. Physical Damage: 23/43/63/83/103(+50% bonus AD). Magic Damage: 23/43/63/83/103(+50% bonus AP). Passive: depending on which Twin is active every 3rd Basic Attack will have the other Twin declare an attack: Ki: every 3rd Basic Attack will have Lu aim her lightning bow at the target then fires a lightning bolt that will deal 5% of the targets Max HP as Magic Damage. Lu: every 3rd Basic Attack will have Ki to leap at the target then slashes at the target with his ice sword dealing 5% of the targets Max HP as Physical Damage. Activate: after Ki-Lu have chosen a single enemy target within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation the twins will perform a combination attack on the target, after activation Ki will dash behind the target then thrust his sword in the target dealing Physical Damage & encasing the target in ice Rooting the target for 1 second. After Ki has Rooted the target Lu will follow up after a 0.5 second delay by hovering in the air then fires a lightning arrow at the target dealing Magic Damage to the target, when the combination attack has ended Ki-Lu will return to their original activation spot.
R-Ability: Winters Night/Tempest Downpour. Range: 450/Global. Cool Down: 185/175/165. Physical Damage: 182/282/382(+40% bonus AD). Magic Damage: 207/307/407(+40% bonus AP). Activate: depending on which of the twins is the active Character Ki’Lu’s Ultimate will have a different activation: Ki - Winters Night: after Ki has chosen a 80-degree cone with this Ability then upon its activation Ki will swing his ice sword in front of him creating a wave of ice in the chosen cone, while the ice wave travels through the cone it will deal Physical Damage to each enemy it comes in contact with while also reducing all affected enemy Champions Attack Damage, Attack Speed & Movement Speed by 25% for 1.5 seconds. Lu - Tempest Downpour: after Lu has activated this Ability she will aim her bow at the sky & will charge an arrow for 1.5 seconds, after the Charge Lu will fire an arrow into the sky then after a 0.5 second delay after she shoots it a lightning bolt will strike each active enemy Champion dealing Magic Damage & Revealing all affected targets for 1.5 seconds while also having 15% reduced Healing & HP Regeneration for the duration of the Reveal.
