Michael, The Archangel

Passive: Michael gains stacks for every unit that dies near him. After 10 stacks, he heals for a percentage of his health.

He does not use mana, rather he generates Holy Fury for basic attacking and using abilities. His Ultimate is available only if he has 100 Holy Fury

Q: Righteous Slash: Michael's next basic attack is a stab that reduces enemies armor and magic resist and deals bleed damage(does not stack).

W: Holy Flames: Passive: As Michael attacks enemy units he gains a stack Holy Vigor. After three stacks Michael's next attack heals him for 5% of his maximum health Active: Michael gains movement speed and lifesteal, with a loss of armor and magic resist. His basic attacks deal damage over time with this ability active.

E: Winged Escape: Michael dashes straight in a direction dealing damage to and slowing enemies he passes through.

R: Take Flight!: Michael leaps in to the air, spreading his wings, and knocking enemies back. He stays in the air for 10 seconds. He gains massive movement speed, increased attack speed, and higher critical strike chance. The ability can be reactivated to dive down dealing damage and slowing enemies(this will happen at the end of the 10 seconds anyways).

Notes He walks on the ground with his wings folded behind him. His W has his wings spread out just a little bit.

In general, it's best for every champ to have a niche to fill that you have in mind from their very creation. You may need to overhaul this one.

Well, he's bland for one. His E is literally a boring escape/chase with absolutely no interaction in any way except that. His Q is a completely generic AoE damage (which is fine to have generic abilities, but a champion still needs to have SOMETHING unique, some niche they fill). His W is really all over the place; he loses both survivability (armor + mr) AND damage in return for... movement speed and lifesteal. Since lifesteal works off of DAMAGE you deal, losing damage makes it even weaker, giving it almost no usage outside of sustain when you are alone in a lane/running for your life. His R is slightly better, except that you took Quinn's ult, then added Janna ult's knockback and a slow.

Overall he has no clear theme, his kit makes no sense (Q is an AoE, R splits their team making hitting AoEs hard. W gives a DoT and lifesteal but cuts your damage and survivability), and he has nothing unique.
