Hi this my champion concept for the second sister you can check the first sister by serching sushi first champion concept anyway i hope you enjoy btw im prob the worst at making champions and suck at balancing champion so here i go :D
Lucy Is the support champion useing the light of the moon to protect her ally
Passive: Divine light Lucy is the divine light of the moon ally by her gaining 10/20/30/40/50 armor and magic resist (its a aura) If a ally champion is below 20% health blessing of the moon healing is increased by 50% for that ally champion. 120 second cooldown
Q:Blessing of the moon Lucy gives a ally or herself a blessing healing them for 100/200/300/400/500 (+60% ability power) and removeing cc also lowering the disables by 35% Cooldown 20/18/16/14/12 Mana cost 150/200/250/300/350
W: Blessing of the astral second moon: Lucy places a blessing on a ally when a ally auto attacks a blast of moonlight hits them for ever 2 auto attack dealing 20/40/60/80/100 Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6
E: Protection of Moon light Lucy puts a shield around a ally champion the shield absorbs 100/140/180/220/260 (+60 ability power) Pressing e again will cause the shield to explode knocking back enemys and stunning them for 2 seconds dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+30 ability power) Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 mana cost: 80/100/120/140/160
Okay just like Elena the Archer the stars i have a couple here the first one R:The Goddes blessing A Huge area of moonlight appears around Lucy Ally champions inside gain 100 armor and magic resist and taking 10% reduce damage while casting this spell lucy can't move Cooldown 100/80/60 Mana cost: 100/200/300
Second R:Heavenly Light Lucy makes a zone of moonlight around here ally champions in the the moonlight are healed 100/150/200 per second heavenly light last for 5 seconds Cooldown: 120/100/80
Third R: The Goddes love The goddes revive every ally champion that is dead and are telported to Lucy location Cooldown: 700/600/500 Mana cost:400/500/600 I really don't like this ult :c but i ran out of ult ideas xD anyway put down a comment and say which ult you love the best and which changes i can make to this champion ill add lore later and by the way i suck at making champions so im sorry if this was bad and wasted your time anyway see you later ill make the other sisters later :D
