Vayne should be the first ADC with a true legendary skin.

I mean it is only fair, since Vayne is also one of the few marksmen that his skins that don't alter her in anyway other then being repaints... SO I think the true legendary skin should be given to Vayne.

Also Ezreal does not count because his skin is ultimate.
