It should be a click target ability, but it should be blockable in the way Cait ult is blockable...
So you can block it by standing behind your tanks/minions adding counter play... this would help promote against mobility creep.
think he would be broken like that esp w the range buffs
When I first read the title, I thought it said make it pass through minions like Caitlyn's Q, which I think it needs. This on the other hand looks a bit too good.
Ryze already has a good way to stop mobility creep, he just needs a way to get around every single minion stopping his Q if they are is the same county. I've had minions behind me stop my Q.
