Q; Fires out a baseball damaging all champion in it, after it will fire back at him
W: Splits a timeline that fires a baseball that creates an anomaly that slows all enemies inside
E: Ekko charges up his bat. Causing his next basic attack to teleport and whips them dealing bounus magic damage.
R: Ekko goes back in time to have another chance if he get three strikes. Damaging the person who goes after them and they replace that person with him.
hmm.. i like the idea , but changing from a basketball to baseball , kind of ruins the whole concept :P
Why not keep Q as a baseball , with like a flaming aura around it , aka a fast ball
And his W's idea is pretty nice too , ... his clone hits the baseball , and before it lands , it could create a field in like the shape of a baseball with the catchers mitt over it , indicating the slow / stun ... because catchers catch the ball , and the champion would be the ball thats getting caught
:P and his R , when he goes back in time , he could say something like ... 3 strikes ? ,not this time 
I like the idea but I don't get the description of the R. You do realize skins don't change the function of an ability, right?
