Perma banned for Unauthorized third party programs

I want to play me some league. I log and and upon that i get a login error. "This account is permanetly suspended. please check your email associated with this account or additional details." I am so angry at my self about this. I sent an email to support riot games and they said,

"Your account has been permanently suspended following the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends. Accounts that are caught using hacks to gain an unfair competitive advantage are subject to permanent suspension. We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. Regardless of intent, use of unauthorized third-party programs is explicitly against the Terms of Use, which can be found here:

I hered alot of people getting hit by the ban wave. i sent a ticket after. I didnt use anything to take any unfair advantages in my games. the only program i used was wooxy, a mod installer. Our famous league U-Tubers used it in a video and he was using the winter map. It claims here that wooxy:

Unfortunately, Riot does not approve the use of any third-party program. Where it may say that Riot does accept it on the designer's site it is loosely worded. While Riot may not be actively banning players who use the site, they do not readily "accept" it. While Riot hadn't been banning it before, it does not mean that the designer didn't change something in their program which may have triggered the ban.

Sad to say that I don't think your ban will be repealed, but I do wish you the best of luck in your endeavors to do so.

Yes, someone else got banned for using skin installers saying that they downloaded championship riven and was using it as a custom skin.

Yes to an extent it does not give you an advantage in game to use custom skins however.

Riot may see this as a threat that because people can now download and use custom skins no one will ever buy their real skins. therefore it's a 3rd party program that makes them lose money.

I do hope you get unbanned, but I thought it would share what I think may be the cause of it.

I was banned too, despite the fact that pretty much all my games are streamed on twitch. Sent in a ticket to Riot and they "can't" tell me when or how I cheated. I've pretty much given up at this point

I am in the exactly same situation as you, except that this happened to me in january, since then I have made many support tickets but riot is still refusing to unban me, look at the proof I keep sending them or give me any kind of information
