Corin Reveck, Clockwork Master

We all know (I'd hope) of Corin. After the loss of his daughter, he builds Orianna in her image, giving us one of the more used and loved mid laners in League. I don't know why Riot hasn't made him a champ yet...here's my interpretation on the matter.

Passive - Calibration: Corin studies and determines the weaknesses of each foe. Upon killing/assisting in a kill of an enemy he will then gain Calibration. Until Corin kills/assists in the kill of a different champion, he deals a small amount of extra damage to them and any crowd control used by him on the Calibrated target will last longer.

Corin's gears can connect. If two gears are connected and Corin

Q - Geared up: Corin places a gear on the ground that lasts a certain amount of time or until max gears + 1 is placed. Upon Rotation all enemies hit are damaged and slowed.

W - Superior Mechanics: Corin erects a clockwork wall on target gear. As the gear turns, the wall turns with it. The wall deflects all projectiles.

E - Rotate: Corin commands target gear and all connected gears to rotate. If an enemy is hit by a connected gear, Rotate's cooldown is reduced.

R - (Can't think of a name) Corin places a large gear on the ground. Upon reactivation or activating Rotate, the gear turns, moving all units (friendly and enemy) 180 degrees around the gear. This ability makes all champions move through terrain, but monsters and minions will collide with terrain and take damage.

I really like this concept, but there are a few things that are bugging me. The passive has 3 problems: It's a trash ripoff of Kindred passive (although still unique), it encourages repetitive killing of a target (Which is not fun) and it is mostly useless since once you get a kill/assist on someone they will be dead resulting in 0 bonus damage.

For the rest of his kit, I feel like his Rotate ability shouldn't be tied to his Q since he relies on it so much. I also think he should be able to place multiple gears on the ground to increase his zone control potential, but make them small. Perhaps his passive is instead every couple seconds his gears will turn, doing the damage you have on his Q.

I really like the W. If you do choose to go with multiple gears then make w a targetable ability for a single gear, unless you have another idea.

The E could do a little more/do something different

I REALLYYYYYYYY love the ult. It's extremely unique and I feel like it should be implemented on a future champion with a couple of tweaks of course.
