Newly 30 sup main looking for adc to practice with.

First off, I can't play ranked at the moment because I only own eight champions.

I'm hoping to find an ADC who I can play with to grind IP in order to buy more support champions while also practicing for the eventuality of ranked.

I've played a lot of Soraka and just picked up Karma. Please be level 30 so we can go right into ranked when the time comes.

EDIT: I'd prefer to communicate with some voice program, i.e Skype, Curse Voice, etc.
