Teemo's W

Teemo's W is very underwhelming. It's a movement speed boost that spends 95% its time ready to use, and the other 5% is those ten seconds before you die or come close, jamming the button to get... 20-52% movement speed? I've got an idea for how to change it: when Teemo uses W, he goes camo for X amount of seconds or until he gets damaged by a champion or turret. And a passive movement speed buff that scales with level.

Yeah, yeah, Riot tried reworking Teemo and they got massive backlash, I'm probably gonna be yelled at more but I don't really care. Teemo's W is underwhelming as all hell and I hate it.
