Chapter 1 The meeting Summer, 2016 : Around summer time, and the insurgence of the USA via its own government running array has commenced. Thus, proactive members that refuse to stand by and do nothing although they’re military officials have now started their own efforts to stop this, along with the terrorism from the ISIS radical Islam terrorists. Said second in command official of the new group that has manifested, known simply as DEVCQC-OP, or Close Quarter Combat Operations - Diverse, Efficient, and Valiant, is known as Ruyi Hamaza, Cuban born American citizen for over a decade. Current ranking : Lieutenant General First Class Confirmed Kills : 206, 30 of which are HVTs. Current mission : Assimilation of the DEVCQC-OP for near future operations to eliminate all terrorist or terrorism within USA and globally. The meeting was to be held on the 21st of June, and that day was today.

June 21st, 2016, The Meeting : “I’ve gathered you all here today for one reason and purpose only, one of which we’re all aware of.” Ruyi pauses as he sees one of his comrades raise their hands to speak of what he was about to announce, but instead beats him to the punch. “Yes, precisely David, it is to counter terrorist, terrorism, and ALL ISIS or Al-Quadea affiliated personnel. Well done.” taking another pause and leaving it to the first in command, the leader of the DEVCQC-OP to continue the speech. The first in command takes the stand as Ruyi sits beside David in the crowd, patiently awaiting the speech to begin.
