Ki'Kyo, The Enigmatic Ethereal Swordsmen
Lore: Ki'kyo, at the very beginning of his childhood was always a boy of curiosity, a curiosity not so common to most. A curiosity towards blades, swords, swordsmenship, and the killing of the heinous. It would not be long before this overtook him as an individual.
Kyo, in one dark night at the corner edge of the Shadow Isles, caught his eye on a sword that was shrouded in a black mist, at the time he was only 11 years old, he knew not better. As such, he proceeded to reach towards the mist and sword. Immediately, the mist moved and shrouded Kyo. It first started with eating his right eye, causing immediate blood loss. It then drastically changed his overall appearance. It overexerted his hair's length, and changed it to a pure white with two diamonds on two elongated chunks of hair. His mouth and nose, now covered in a metallic mask, where his neck was also concealed. He continued to bleed until he grabbed ahold of the sword and put it on his side.
At the moment, a sheath manifested itself and instantly put the sword within. This stopped the bleeding, and calmed Kyo like if nothing had ever happened, leaving a smile on his face. Only a matter of years later, when Kyo had turned 17, he was renowned and infamously, to some, known as "The Enigmatic Ethereal Swordsmen." His face never to be shown until the moment of death of his adversary, in which they only caught a bloodied glimpse of his left eye. Kyo was not one to mindlessly kill, however, and instead preferred to abstain from such, however if one so heinous were to confront him, he would righteously kill them, regardless of their appearance, gender, race, or anything.

Much like Rengar, Ki'Kyo also uses that mechanic instead of mana. Upon reaching 5, all abilities have a little something "special."
Passive : The Isles Remnant
Passive One : Being a long inhabitant of the Isles, Kyo is immune to any vision impairments, and is also unable to been seen with stealth wards within brushes, only visible to pinks.
Passive Two : If long unseen, Kyo gathers 100 charges of "Lethality Gouge", which upon hitting an enemy champion, unlock a "3 hit," mechanic known as "The Isles Victim," which on the first hit deals 100% of Kyo's base damage and total damage as magic damage instead. Upon the second hit, all damage is then considered to have 50% bonus total damage added to the original PHYSICAL damage that is dealt. Upon the 3rd hit, Kyo deals 25% true damage of his total damage dealt.
Passive Three : Upon the third strike being procced, the target will have the status effect "Isles Immunity" for the next 7 seconds, meaning this passive is rendered unavailable. All damage dealt to the target by Kyo is instead enhanced by 5% total AD. Reduced to 2.5% if Kyo's total attack, including bonus AD exceeds 200.
Kyo's Q : The Lost Ones Remembrance : Kyo becomes one with his mist, traveling a crescent-like cone towards all enemies within the cone, briefly blinding all for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.25 seconds and deals 1 stack of Lethality Gouge to any and all champs, up to 2, dealing full damage of Kyo's as applied on-hit once the Lethality Gouge is applied.
5 stacked Q : Blind is extended to a maximum of 2 seconds at rank 5, and applies 2 stacks over 3 seconds.
Kyo's W : Lord Taketh Thy Soul : Ki'Kyo blinks to targeted champion.
Allied champion : Ki'Kyo simply blinks and gains a 10% movement speed bonus for 2 seconds that decays over its duration, while also giving the same effect to the targeted ally.
Enemy champion : Ki'Kyo drains the enemy champ's armor and MR by 10/20/30/35/40%, gaining 10/15/20/25/25% for 2 seconds, rapidly decays.
5 stacked W : Same effects, but also adds and/or procs Lethality Gouge upon enemy champion.
Kyo's E : Rabid Ethereal Burst : Ki'Kyo rapidly slices and dices the targeted enemy champion after dashing towards in a lined skill shot, dealing 50/60/65/70/75% total AD damage to the champion, and applying 1/2/2/3/3 stacks of Lethality Gouge, and if procced, deals a bonus 20/25/30/30/35% true damage, however costs Ki'Kyo 5/10/15/20/25% of his total/remaining health, whichever is greater/lower at the time.
5 stacked E : Same effects, however deals 60/70/80/90/100% total AD DAMAGE to the champion, applying 2/2/3/3/3 stacks, dealing a bonus of 30/35/40/45/50% true damage, costing 10/20/30/40/50% of total/remaining health, whichever is greater/lower at the time. This ability cannot reduce Kyo's health below 100 hp.
Kyo's R : Rebuttal Towards the Wicked : Upon activation, Kyo requires 5 stacks and at least 1 stack of Lethality Gouge on desired enemy champion to hit. Once met, Kyo takes 1 second to channel the black mist upon his sword, then dashes, blinks behind the enemy champ, instantly proccing the Lethality Gouge 2/3/3/3/3 times, dealing a total of 100% true damage as bonus damage, while also reducing Kyo's MR and ARMOR by a total of 50/60/70/80/80% and damage dealt by him towards others by 20/30/50/70/90% for 3 seconds after the ult finishes.
