[Champion Concept] Bazile - the Electric Bounty-Hunter

Before i begin, i would like to point out that i do not have artwork {yet} for this. and i have had this idea for quite some time now, i don't have the best cohesive kit laid out for him, so i hope to be tweaking it throughout the days. But let me know what you think?

›Passive - Paralysis Bolts Bazile uses his knowledge of the nervous system to line up a devastating shot. After 5 consecutive basic attacks against a single target deal an extra **25 (+15% AD) ** Physical Damage and stun then target for .25 seconds. 75 (+30% AD) at level 18, Scales with levels. If the enemy has not been attacked for 4 seconds or Bazile attacks another enemy the stacks wear off.

›Q - Static Field | 40/60/65/70/75 Mana | **13/12/11/9/7 Sec CD Bazile readies up his cross bow and fires a bolt at the ground, it creates a static field at target location. The field instantly damages enemies hit by 50/75/90/110/140 (+40% AP) ** Magic Damage, and slows them by 5% for the 5 second duration the field lasts on the ground. the field also causes the enemies to suffer a reduced 10% attack speed.

›W - Neuron Beam | 60/70/90/100/115 Mana | 15/14/12/10/8 Sec CD Bazile locks on to a target readying a shot, with a .5 sec wind up. Bazile then fires a shot at the enemy dealing 100/110/135/150/160 (+25% AD) (+40% AP) Physical damage. Enemies hit by this beam are visible for 5 seconds after the shot. The target of the beam also gain a permanent debuff (until another enemy is shot with the skill), that causes them to be target by Baziles Thunder Beacon.

›E - Thunder Beacon | 30/40/55/65/80 Mana | 70/70/65/60/60 Sec CD Bazile places down a beacon that discharges electricity, the beacon has 1500/1500/1800/2000/2200 HP with no defenses, (Can be healed by Heimerdinger ). The electricity field surrounding the beacon deals a continuous **25/50/75/100/125 (+35% AD) ** Physical Damage to all enemies and slows all enemies by 5% in the field, while oppositely speeding allies up by 5% in the field. Enemies marked by Neuron Beam take and extra 20% damage from the field while also being slowed by 10% instead of 5%. Only 1 may be active at a time but if Bazile chooses not to renew his Beacon on CD mark he can gain an extra Beacon, available whenever. [the field is a bit bigger than the size of Malzahar 's null zone]

›R - Cloud Ripper | 100/150/200 Mana |** 100/90/75** Sec CD Bazile Prepares his Cross-bolt to rip open the skies. With a 1 second wind up Bazile fires a bolt that deals 100/200/300 (Flat) Physical damage and flies across the map in a single line. Each enemy struck by the bolt causes the overall damage output to increase by 100 true damage. [Example: If say Bard was hit by the bolt first, he would take 100 extra true damage, but if at the end of the flight Karthus was struck with the bolt, Bard would receive an additional 100 true damage, while Karthus would take the whole 200 true damage, and so on until 500]

Bazile is an ADC with the intent to try and lock down and slow enemies in order to achieve the kill, getting items with slows or any support with CC, So almost any CC with help Bazile out a lot with trying to lock them down with his passive and slows.

So that the champion, i don't know how well thought it is, it probably is really impractical and such, but i just thought i would post it and see what you guys think. I'll try to find a good representation of him soon, and if need be, tweak some numbers around. . . . Thanks!
