Why did you guys not use the concept art from Riotzeronis on karma. i actually didn't play karma for like 2 months knowing she could have looked like this...

That IS what they used. They just can't load up her in game model that much or it would look all blurry and messed up. She looks like that in her splash art.
It's called a concept for a reason. They use those in order to get the final design. They make take bits and pieces from the concept but most of the time it will end up looking a bit different in the end
