A temporary fix for Yorick that should happen until his rework comes out.

At least fix his horrible mana issues? Please, even with over 2000 mana he becomes mana starved. My recommendations:

320.4 starting mana (+30 per level)

Q: 40 Mana at all ranks

W: 47/44/41/38/35 Mana

E: 47/44/4`/38/35 Mana

R: 100 Mana at all ranks
