At least fix his horrible mana issues? Please, even with over 2000 mana he becomes mana starved. My recommendations:

320.4 starting mana (+30 per level)

Q: 40 Mana at all ranks

W: 47/44/41/38/35 Mana

E: 47/44/4`/38/35 Mana

R: 100 Mana at all ranks
