Zilean Passive Idea

Many people agree Zilean needs a new passive, because it isn't really that satisfying of a passive so to make it more interesting why not make his passive have 2 parts

passive passive: Time bomb has extra effects when used on allies

active passive: pt 1. When time bomb is used on an ally any minions/monsters/creature/enemy they kill gives 1.5x the current exp buff he currently gives pt 2. When time bomb is used on an ally their auto attack/ability casts reduce the cd of their abilities by 1 second each

This way he still gives exp to keep his current play-style but also gives him more utility and makes it more fun for him to work for his passive to pay off
