Teemo Hextech Skin over J4's

So I saw the J4s hextech skin was released, but i was thinking, why not make a Hextech Teemo skin? He is getting a rework, and J4 had a Cosmic skin recently and now he has a hextech one, theres no excuse even if it is said that we got Beemo.

Along with the rework they should make a new skin, and hextech was way perfectly fitting for Teemo and his rework. Also they made hextech Renekton and J4 skins in a short time, the odds of getting an addition to the hextech category will be lower now. Would have been better taking their chances with a new Teemo skin followed after the rework. Or maybe a prestige version of a current teemo skin.

Because teemo's model is so archaic and outdated that making a good quality new skin would require an insane amount of work, more work than would be acceptable for what amounts to a free skin. The reason omega squad looks good is because it's a new model entirely.
