Has riot changed his policy towards permabanned accounts?

My account was permabanned yesterday for saying "trash" 3 times in all chat after recieving racist comments from a 5 man premade team, they were saying stuff like -Build the wall -I hate tacos -Gross ass mexican -you dont know how to play -ur so bad -ur trash -me no speak r%%%%% And theres more, after muted them they continued harassing me in the result screen they even sent me friend request and then blocked me and they after a while i recieve a system message saying, i was suspended and then when i relogged it says permabanned. Can Riot do me justice? I have spent a lot of money i cant afford to lose my account i even got all champs including Qiyana I was so hyped until this problem came up. I even submitted a ticket to Riot asking if they could reduce it to a Temporal suspension, because Im aware that you cant make the difference showing the same actions as the people who mistreat you so I accept my mistake and told Riot I will disable the /all chat and mute toxic teammates so I can be a positive experience in game with others showing sportsmanship.

Logs or didn't happen 'cause i don't believe you at all, i don't believe that you only said trash 3 times And you must also have toxic history 'cause you don't get perma banned on the 1st offence

I was suspended before of course, but all the toxic behavior I had and past suspensions were on the LAN server, when I was warned about permabanned i decided to transfer my acc to NA, where i could have a Fresh start, but then this happened, I thought if I transfered there would be the basic stuff like first a chat ban, then a suspension and then a permaban. But this was unexpected, I was toxic on the other server but i really limited myself afterwards and managed to behave and not flame until this situation happened.

Either way you flamed. If they wer ebeing like that to you all you had to do was ignore them then report after the game.

Changing server does not give you a "fresh start".

Changing servers doesn't give you a fresh start ( i have no idea why you even thought that) Changing countries in real life doesn't make a criminal record just disappear

actually it does, There are some ways which involves getting new nationality and you get to have a clean slate, Again games do gets heat up, Permaban punishment is a bit harsh for people who does sledding and crosstalks, It's like giving capital punishment to someone for crossing Red Light multiple times. even courts and governments aren't that strict these days then This is just a game.with all due respect I condemn Riot PermaBan Policy on this, however, yes I do agree that one should get PermaBan for using scripts and hacks etc This is a global Rule in almost every game, Even CS:GO spare players for toxic behaviour but they take quick and strict action if someone use hacks or try to make the team lose such as killing their own teammates intentionally when on other hand Riot seems to be taking less severe actions against players who troll and feed intentionally.

I didnt call my teammates trash, i said it to the enemy team after they offended me.

I agree with you, no one should be Permaban for being toxic, I'm not against imposing punishments, You can impose 30 days to 1 year(season) ban on accounts for not improving their behaviour, of course, this would bring reforms in their behaviour but permabanning accounts for which players have invested their Golden time isn't justified in my opinion, Yes one should be permaban for using scripts, cheats and hacks and even if one goes to pass on racist remarks in his toxic behaviour he should get permaban for that too, But for cross talks, sledging and negative behaviour that isn't really fair to fine someone with permaban, every person has different nature, In all games cross-talks and sledging exist You can't really expect people to go Full Mute&Deaf in games.I mean common, just ban him for a season(even that's alot but again better than banning for life)
