Ok, I was playing rank yesterday, as Teemo, i went against a garen, I was first pick and he still picked garen. The problem is in lane i had this delay everytime i had garen around but when roaming other lanes I had no delay on my champion's abilities at all. I won that match but i lost the lane the garen acted pretty confident when attacking me and it was always there wheni had the delay. Please any guesses would help, mi MS was 110 and my fps was 60-73. Its not the first time this happens, I've been against players and had lag spikes off the charts only when they are in range and lag stops when they arent seen around near me.

The most common reason you would see this is because when your delay is present on your abilities, it's present on all your inputs. If Riot's server is getting delays for your inputs, even if your ping appears normal, it makes sense that the Garen would see you as delayed and be more confident attacking you.

thx for your assist, but why only happened to me on rank games and not consecutively on the blinds that went after that match? pardon my curiosity.

I am not sure, and without seeing your exact configuration I couldn't even speculate. I encourage you to ask Riot Support for assistance, there's much better people there that know about tech more than anyone on the boards.

Incidentally, a decent Garen isn't afraid of the Teemo matchup. (You sound surprised that he would dare pick Garen into Teemo...)

Maybe your PC can't handle loading all the sprites. Try low spec mode and see if it helps.

Thx for your opinion, I've tried it afterwards on blinds and doesn't manifest the same way it did on that match. Which is why I thought the Garen was using cheats or some tool to cause it, unfortunately I cant be certain about it bc I don't know much about that matter.

From a technical perspective, Garen with a base skin is a different Garen than stormtrooper Garen.

So in blinds, unless the opponent was using the same skin (and you were as well), then you really aren't reproducing the problem to test.

That said, have you tried to submit a ticket for technical support? Make sure you let the technical support know about the skin details, but at the end, it might be a problem with your internet or the performance of your PC.

It's likely because of you having to actually load their stuff happening...I'm not sure there's any way to actually fix that besides a better computer or connection.

Have you tried rebooting your computer and router? Those might help.

Yes, even before rebooting I tried going to blinds right away and faced no issue at all, which surprised because everything remained the same even after I rebooted and played blinds.
