Champion Concept: Telmor, the Abyssal Overlord
I thought of ideas for a new mid laner that could be seen in League of Legends.

Abilities
Passive - Endless Power Telmor needs stacks to use his abilities. Telmor gains +1 stack every 3.5 seconds. Telmor will also gain +2 stacks for killing a minion and +20 stacks for killing a champion. Telmor has max stacks of 80. If Telmor goes below 10 stacks he will gain a 3 second movement speed buff (+30% current movement speed). Telmor will start with 0 stacks and he will start gaining them at 1:30
Q - Abyssal Spear Cost: 20 stacks Range: 700 Cooldown: 7 seconds
Telmor throws his spear in the desired direction. If it connects with an enemy champion he can wait 3 seconds and he will pull the enemy to him dealing 100/125/150 (+75% AP), then roots them in place for 1 second. Telmor can also reactivate his Q to pull himself to the enemy champion dealing 100/125/150 (40% AP). If Telmor does not hit an enemy, he will gain +10 stacks.
W - Abyssal Spirit Cost: 15 stacks Range: 1200 Cooldown: 63/52/41
Telmor gives vision of the desired area for 5 seconds. If he does not spot an enemy, he can teleport to the vision clearing. If Telmor does not teleport to the location he will gain +8 stacks back.
E - Abyssal Rush Cost: 10 stacks Range: 400 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
Telmor dashes to the desired area. If Telmor dashes through an enemy champion he will mark them for 7 seconds. If the mark activates it will deal 50/75/100/125/150 (70% AP).
R - Abyssal Terror Cost: No cost Range: 650 Cooldown: 123.45/137.55/150 seconds
Telmor can suck a marked enemy into his spear, activating the mark. Telmor then can launch the enemy within 3 seconds and deal area damage. The enemy champion will stop at the first enemy champion hit and cause a small explosion in a small radius (400) dealing 150/200/250 (65% AP). If Telmor does not launch the champion his spear will explode dealing 100/150/200 (60% AP). (Of course his spear will regenerate back, because it is an abyssal spear, he just conjurers it.)
I realize that I do not have any art for him as I am not an artist. I may get someone to draw him out or the community can do some art if they would like (not needy :P). I hope you like the champion concept :D
