Tibbers

So Riot have you ever thought of how Annie's bear spawns in-game? Does it like come out of the ground or something. Let me state a few things

3. I think Tibbers should count as a projectile before it gets summoned. Tibbers is not like Yorick's ghouls, he is a stuffed animal. Tibbers should not randomly just spawn from the ground or out of thin air as it just doesn't make sense. Annie can be difficult to counter play if the tank on the enemy team is not available at the current time. I am a Champion Mastery 7 Annie currently and I think Annie should have to throw the stuffed animal and then it transforms upon the arrival. Kind of like this part in the animation that you made a little while back:

Please think about this Riot as I believe this would be a good idea to implement into League of Legends.

EDIT: I only mean Tibbers as a projectile while he is in the air during the throw. Only in his small stuffed animal state. Once he has transformed into the big one he is not considered a projectile!
