Chroma Packs

I think chroma packs are pretty stupid that you have to buy them for 540 RP. Instead, since you have a new champion mastery system, you should get it by playing that champion. So saying this people can express how much they play the champion during game without CTRL+6 or getting kills with the tiny banner that you barely notice. People who may be broke that play the game may want some customization with these skins, because chroma packs are just a tiny detail that you don't notice that much.

Let's take Lucian for example. Say he gets rank 3 (or rank 7 depending if you are going to go to rank 10), you can unlock like the yellow lucian chroma skin so the player can express themselves and be happy. People would get more play time on the game because they will be getting different things when they rank up the champion. What you could do also, moderate the chroma skin people use most for the champion and then you can make it so they get it at champion mastery 5. People would be losing the money they spent on chroma packs, so everyone who bought a chroma pack, gift them a mystery skin for each chroma pack they got.

Please take this thought into consideration as it will make players in the League community a lot happier.
