We Need New Champion Who Is Boxer
We need boxer champ. It should has Muay Thai, Karate combos. Not like lee's q or e. His kit should has Real life combos.

We have an entire fantasy world, with interesting factions and cultures and nearly endless possibilities for new champions.
And you want a regular boxer, who's not even using new fighting styles, but already existing ones.

So a Skirmisher/Bruiser with Combos like Riven 
, except he's an expert in Hand-to-Hand combat, uses real-world Fighting styles & has no magical properties?
Interesting Concept, but most would tell you to just Play Lee Sin 
since he's the closest thing to such a champion.
I like the idea. But he should have a hook like Blitzcrank ( or Scorpion from Mortal Kombat. ) which helps to get his enemies close to him. And his moves could be exaggerated moves like in Tekken.

P- Converts 50% bonus AD into AS. Can break the AS cap.
Q- A short gap closer that can leap over walls
W- A counter stance that disarms him but gives him super armor
E- Toggle to gain 10/30/50/70/90/ bonus AS at the cost of X mana
R- A channelled, uninterruptible skill shot jab that increase in strength the more damage he takes during the channel, up to a point that if he's taken damage=to 99% of his max hp he can one shot any champ
Play him as a skirmisher, who dashes in, deals chip damage then gets out. And once he's tired out his opponent he can give them that Haymaker and put em down for the count.
