Halloween (Harrowing) Twitch Skin

So I was looking at my Terraria inventory one day, and I looked at this magnificent weapon. The Almighty Stake Launcher. I really enjoy playing Twitch, so it hit me. Vampire Hunter Twitch (bad name gg pls report). I just really like the idea of shooting stakes at Vladimir with a and quoting a film or T.V. series. Though I'd like to see this as a legendary, for the V/O, it could work as a 750 skin. (pls let me go massa, im starving)
