A very loose concept just to throw it out there

So I was thinking about the Demacian standard and how it gives a stat buff in an area and I thought it would be cool to have a champion with a war cry or some kind of ability that did something fun and balanced to rally teammates in a certain area. He could specialize in demoralizing foes and rallying his teammates, getting a bonus for every allied minion near him, ect. I'm not even sure it's viable or fun, but the concept of a champion character is commonly visited in many games.

It's unlikely to return as a mechanic, since we used to have items and Taric, who basically did exactly that, but it got removed because it gave too much "invisible power", basically just making people stronger without much gameplay behind it. That being said, I would still very much enjoy a champion like that, though he would most likely have to be similar to how Sona and her auras work.

GP used to have raise moral before his rework, pretty sure it got removed more for being uninteresting though rather than for balance issues. There are a few champs that create zones where they get some decent buffs for a short time though, maybe something like that for a support could work, like an area where allies get a buff to AD and movespeed while they are in the circle, could be used sort of like a zoning thing or in siege comps.

Hmmm...one thing we don't really have a lot of...are Noxian true supports.

Like, there are plenty of mage "supports" (glares at LeBlanc and Swain) but with Noxus believing in power and all, they really don't have someone whose idea of power is to manipulate odds in their favor instead of going full Terminator on things. A loose concept like this one is a perfect time to try my hand at making a Warcaller - a Noxian commander whose power is ruthless manipulation of the battlefield as opposed to ruthless murdering of people in combat.
