Aside from lacking mandatory Project Skin. For the upcoming assassin update, you could change his passive to have his E 'reset' on kills of marked targets which gives him a second cast, without the debuff attached, and make his "Sever Tendon" (E) a slightly higher range (like 1 or 2 Teemo's) skill shot blink, with a small aoe debuff (1 3rd, to half the range of Rake) instead of the single target one.

Passive >

Killing Marked Target grants second E cast without Debuff, Second cast does not alter or modify Primary E cast Cooldown.

E Cut Throat >

Slight range increase, Skill shot, Small AOE debuff, Still a blink.

Rest remains intact.

No, this doesn't make him like Katarina, and regardless, they have the same Superior.

Making it a skillshot would make him too safe, especially if its a blink. And your proposing to make it have larger range.

I disagree with the small AoE debuff because he should be killing one target, not several. Its just a wierd little mechanic that would rarely have use but would siphon power.

1 teemo extra range is to make up for it not being targeted and the aoe debuff is to match the rest of his aoe kit. Other assassins can killed more than one champ in a rotation. im not sure why you see him as singe target when his main kit is aoe

Talon doesn't use his AoE to kill multiple champions at once, unlike katarina.

Targeted gap closers are weaker then skillshot dashes as you can use them to escape or to chase when their out of range.

Talon is AD AOE assassin, and Katrina is AP. I don't see why you're blinded. Also, Talon would get ONE skill reset, and it wouldn't reset with the debuff. Talon's only outdatedness comes from his non existent passive, and lack of escape.

Killing more than one squishy with Talon isn't hard or uncommon, JUST SAYING.

What are you doing? Trying to kill a tank? You can nuke any squishes in the range with W+R it hits twice. That's why 99% of talons Max W first. I was just suggesting minor changes, but, I'd make his Q AOE as well.

Maybe a linear Skill shot idk, only problem with an AOE Blade themed Assassin with a Blade on his hand is it has to do something Lol. Maybe His Q could become a Linear Hookshot style straight AOE, idk.

His major damage is W, R, Idk what Talon's you've seen but Rake alone can shred a third of a tanks health, mid to late. I mean, you ARE building armor pen right?...

I mean, Katarina's an AOE Mage Assassin, so why is her Shunpo single target??? That's the same logic.
