Everytime I get a Non English Speaking Premade in Ranked.
They lose lane Hard and Feed all game, while flaming in team and all chat, in said language. No surprise. Apparently that's not an offence though.

It is mostly weebs on NA or Chinese/European people that try to climb on NA. In EU it is something common as english isn't officially the primary language here.
