Just wondering about Fiora bundle?

Was there any intention to refund people some kind of something for already owning the champion and a skin/ both skins. People who buy the bundle just for the head mistress skin, I would think they would atleast get 6,300 IP back for owning the champ, or even some RP for the skins. I understand it's a great deal already, but it just crossed my mind, so why not ask.
