Tomorrow the Servers will be brought down for patch 5.3
So Can we expect to see these skins release today? Or were we Lied to?
Personally I don't mind waiting, but please, if there's issues that need to be fixed, don't lie about needing a bit more time before you release it.

expect them some time in the afternoon est that is generally when they get released and probably all 3 at once
right now it is like 9 am PST so give them time to have coffee and stuff and set the wheels in motion

Man bought a 25$ card last week and im itching for that Nid skin. I'll get the Jinx skin too because I was sure that any skin coming out for her would be better than the mafia Jinx skin they had at release. One of the only release bundle I didn't buy. The other one was Azir.
All signs point to today.
Within the next few hours.
or tomorrow, since I believe the loading screen for the lunar revel wasn't in 5.2 but rather in 5.3.
