What do people of various LoL nations Drink commonly? Traditional Drinks? Celebratory Drinks? Maybe some Drink Recipes we can make at home?

Hopefully the lore peeps can give some insight, but that's between them and their schedules! There are probably bigger fish to fry, or drinks to imbibe. Or something. My metaphor wasn't so hot.)

Are you looking specifically for ones you can recreate at home, or ones where the ingredients might be a bit tricky to find outside of Runeterra?
I have some of my own ideas for the Runeterra specific stuffs, but I'd hate for them to be mistaken for canon without having talked to the Narrative discipline experts first. You understand, I hope :)
