Old/Removed Champion Abilities

Recently while browsing through the League of Legends Wiki, I came across the Singed/Backgroud Page. At the bottom it lists "Previous Abilities." It shows the Icon and Name of the Abilities, but tells you nothing about what they do.

If someone from Riot could give us a Comprehensive list of What the Old Abilities of Champions Were and Did before Changed to their Current state, That'd be awesome.

One example:

OLD SION

Q: Cryptic Gaze - Targeted Ranged stun that did Massive AP damage W: Death's Caress - Shield that could be Detonated after 4 seconds for Massive AP Damage E: Enrage - Toggle ability, When Toggled on, would Increase Sion's Basic attack Damage at the cost of his own Health. Every unit Slain Would permanently increase his Max HP R: Cannibalism - Increases attack Speed and Lifesteal; Any Nearby allies are healed when you hit an enemy while this is active

OLD(ER) SION

Q: Fury of the Ancients - ??? W: Revenge - ??? E: Spirit Feast - ??? R: Viscundate - ???

BOTH

Passive: Feel no Pain - Sion has a 40% chance to ignore damage every time he is hit with a basic attack

I personally Feel that Each Champion's Old Kits should be archived Properly, so that Newcomers can understand a Bit better when Veteran Players talk about the "Good old days" of a champion, before their Reworks.

EDIT: Just to Clarify, this thread is about Existing Champions' with Replaced abilities. That said, if Riot would like to share the Kits of Removed Champions (Omen, Averdrian, etc.) That'd be awesome, too.

Actually, at the bottom of the Background page on LolWiki, there's a section called Previous Abilities, well below the Designer/Concept stuff about the champions; There's two buttons, Hide and Show. The abilities are hidden by default, so clicking Show will display the older abilities and what they did. For Sion, the Fury of the Ancients - Viscundicate set of icons are most likely icons/ability names that weren't used when he launched. They were perhaps things they were playing around with in development, but as far as I can tell from Google, he's only ever had Cryptic Gaze - Cannibalism prior to current. The people who are generous enough to compile the data that fills the wiki often mine in the dark recesses of the programming of the game for interesting tidbits like scrapped champions (Omen), champions that were entirely reinvented in development (Priscilla, the Spider Queen), and older ability icons that never see the light of day.

Ryze turned his autoattacks into magic damage and Jax used to have a cleave instead of his empower

Your versions of "massive AP damage" is really off. AP Sion was no where close to OP, never hit super hard either. He was good only if he got fed, like a lot of champions.
