[Skin Idea] Desert Mystic Soraka (with a special addition)

I believe I have a skin idea for Soraka which I call Desert Mystic Soraka.

Now before I get to what I believe will be the best part about this skin idea, I need to present a rough idea of what we are looking at when I say "Desert Mystic."

I don't have a sketch, sadly, but I believe she would have clothes similar to these:

Instead of purple (or blue), her skin pallet would reflect someone who has traversed shurima most their life.

Her staff... I'm open to ideas here.

This would only effect the model so no new SFX would come with this skin. Although, are people okay with Soraka capable of manipulating the earth, hurling giant boulders at her enemies and throwing sand to heal you? (I mean, if a bull can scream at you to close wounds, I don't think sand healing is beyond the realms of belief.)

Now that I got the basic idea of what the skin may look like (possibly, hopefully). Let's get to the good stuff, addons. Like I said, this is probably the biggest reason why I'm even writing the idea for this skin. Just for Soraka to have ram horns. Not only is the addition of ram horns to this skin a great idea, it can also act as a deterrent against certain mutts (namely Warwick) who think they can harm Soraka. Don't believe me? I have video evidence! http://i.imgur.com/2YnpQ3b.gif As you can see, that dog learned very quick not to mess with a ram and I guarantee the same effect would apply if Warwick got any funny ideas of hurting the poor goat (or in this case ram) lady.

I would ask if anyone liked the idea but let's face it, I got you hooked when the ram horns were introduced. (But don't let that stop you from giving me your opinion.)

[Side note: Is anyone willing to make a sketch of this idea? I may, May, MAY, MAY be willing to put some money down for it. I'm not entirely sure and I still have some shopping to do for the holidays.]
