Everyone says Teemo is satan, why not give him a satan skin?
I picture something liken his panda skin, but he's in a little devil costume. His blowdart thing will be a little red trident, and he shoots flaming darts when leveling up his E His Q will shoot a dart with black smoke. His 'shrooms will be like little devil horns or something?
I'd really like to see some concept work done o this, and hopefully in game. Sounds really cool.

cotton tail teemo is the satan skin, also known as the global taunt, cause everyone chases a teemo with that skin

Why make a Satan skin when that's all anyone can see when they look at him?
No but in all seriousness, good idea. I'm surprised Riot hasn't done it already with how Satanic and infuriating he is as a champion to fight against. Hope it gets made.
How about Little Debbie/Bittersweet Teemo instead (because for some reason I thought that is what you meant when I read the title). All of his attacks use tiny little pre-packaged snacks, like blinding powdered sugar for Q, Sugar rush for W, Cholesterol loaded darts for E, and Twinkies for R which of course would have to explode in a pile of banana cream and fluffy artificial cake (and yes I know that Hostess makes twinkles, not Little Debbie, but you get the idea).
