Damn. That's nice work!

I think the color scheme is a little off though. Star Guardian Lux is bright pinks, purples, yellows, blues, and whites. Your Ashe is much more muted in all her iterations, and her palette is significantly darker. I'm getting the magical girl vibe from the outfit, but NOT from the colors.

Even just upping the saturation in Photoshop produced a much more vibrant skin appearance (I opted not to mess around with the colors and post the result here -- that seems sort of rude), but I'd also recommend changing the olive trim on the skirt to something with a nice color pairing, and I'd consider swapping out the dark gray bow and outfit for a brighter color, both for theme and for in-game clarity (League likes to avoid large segments of dark color like the legs and bow of this skin).

I'd then follow up with putting more color in the particles, to match Star Guardian Lux. The W arrows being a spectrum of the rainbow, for example, the auto-attack stars having a few colors along their path, and the large arrow a bit less yellow-dominant.

OVERALL, however, this is gorgeous. The outfit, weapon, and spell effects are on point: your colors just need some adjustment.

...I kind of want to pitch my "Lux in a mecha suit becoming Star Guardian Garen" idea to you now, because I'd love to see a sketch of that. :P

I don't know if it was what you were going for but I like this Kingdom Hearts feel I get from the skin its amazing. And I think its just me but I feel the blue one is much more suited for her since she's the ice bow wielding ADC
