Ultimate Singed Skin

I watched the Elementalist Lux VOD and IAMCarlos (Carlos) said that he wanted an Ultimate Skin Tier for Singed. It would be cool if he slowly evolved/changed by his deaths and/or completed recalls. I mean that's what Singed is known for right? Proxy recall/death and then do it again. Maybe like a juggernaut skin where he gains armors and battle scars. It would be cool if he changed by his stats AP = different vfx on poison. Amount of armor on him based on armor stat, some kind of cloak for magic resist. It would be highly unique if there was a skin that changed via death counts/recall counts and/or stats. NBD(Never Been Done)
