Dear Riot, IMO Best Way to Improve Game Experiences

Instead of a report button wouldn't it be better to have a button so that you never have to play with specific summoners? Add it to the queue algorithm. The impact would be that: First, you never have to play with that summoner again, reduce tilt. Second, punishes toxic players by increasing queue time of toxic player in due time. The fear would be troll exclusions, but if a player does this often enough then they themselves will be punished for this by increasing their own queue times. Of course this feature would disabled in norms and RGMs because these game modes should be for experimenting and having fun. There would be little to no effect in bronze and silver due to the sheer amount of people that would be playing, which is what I believe has the most amount of reports.
