Mirri, the Reflection of Ionia

(Disclaimer: I'm not the best at these no the best at crunching numbers but wanted to present an idea for a champion that might be rather fun.)

Evening came quick on the shores of Ionia, but that didn't stop a small yordle from adventuring into the small forests in search of rare magical trinkets to add to her collection. However that didn't stop a pair of beady red eyes from following the small female deeper as she came upon a small clearing and sat down for a small meal. Seeing the escapes of such a critter as next to nothing, the large beast charged into the clearing and descended upon the yordle with murderous intent!

Shock.

Fear.

The yordle shattered like glass beneath the creature but there was no body. No blood. But there was a giggle, a small laugh and it came from all around the prideful beast. Around the clearing the small yordle now descended upon the beast, but she was not alone as the beast saw its own reflection and the yordle atop of it.

"Well, well.... let's see who's more viscious... you, your 'twin'.... or well, me?"

A grin shined across her face as she watched the beast and it's reflection fight for a moment before she proceeded onward to continue her search, leaving the victor to whomever bled first. Unfortunately, reflections don't bleed.

Mirri is a small yordle female, employing the use of mirror-like magic in her abilities to create illusions to trick her foes, or utilizing the same magic to 'borrow' a target's ability temporarily. In the event of an all-in, she can shatter the mirror to cloak herself temporarily and spawn copies of herself to quickly distract her would-be attackers, or overwhelm the enemy team by trying to figure out which one is the real one.

Overall Design: Yordle, clothing mage-like, reference: https://dviw3bl0enbyw.cloudfront.net/uploads/forum_attachment/file/74611/Simirror.png Key Item Goals: Cooldown Reduction, Ability Power Resource: Mana

Passive: Crystal Prism - When using Copycat, captures the current stats of the target as well to empower any stolen ability for use at its current strength. Each stolen ability increases AP by 4.

Q: Crystal Beam - Mirri becomes stationary to charge up a long range laser, using more mirrors to amplify the strength and distance the longer the ability is held down. (1s - Low Range, Low Power, 2s - Med Range, Med Power, 3s - High Range, High Power)

W: Copycat - Channels a small beam to a targeted champion for 1.0s. If the channel is not interrupted, Mirri gains Copy for 12 seconds. If the target uses any ability within the time frame, Mirri copies the ability for 30s and the base cooldown. (Her own cooldown reduction does not affect this ability.) All abilities are based off her own stats, but carry the same ratios as the ability's owner. Does not allow stacking mechanics (aka Nasus Siphoning Strike).

E: Crystal Beacon/Crystal Burst - Conjures a Beacon at a target location. Once three are placed, the ability changes to Crystal Burst. Activating Crystal Burst sends out a straight blast of energy to each beacon that will then lock on to the location of the closest enemy champion. Each blast does 20% AP but if they are able to reach a beacon and then hit a champion, the damage is doubled. ( Ref: http://marvelvscapcom.wikia.com/wiki/Grace_of_Hoggoth )

R: Shatter Image - Shatters the targeted champion (or self if no target is selected) into 8 copies (in an octagonal shape around the target) that deal 1/8th the damage of their counterpart, auto attacking champions in range. (Always prefer Champions over minions/monsters.) Lasts 12 seconds or until all copies or the champion is killed. Cooldown does not start until one of these conditions are met.

Blitzcrank Basic ideas, but what do y'all think?

So, I really like most of these abilities, but that Copycat ability is very game-breaking.

It might just be that I don't understand it, but if a targeted enemy champion uses an ability within 12 seconds, Mirri's gains it for 30? What does that even mean? If you could clear that up, that would be great. What if Mirri's player doesn't even understand the other champion's abilities? It might even seem as if you shouldn't use Copycat.

Also, her passive says that she gains the enemy's stats when using Copycat, but within the ability itself it says that she uses her own stats! That's just confusing.

I really love all the other abilities, though! If you could provide some rudimentary numbers for things such as mana cost, cooldown, etc, that would be fantastic.

Keep up the good work!
