Please Riot, just give Taliyah a Project skin. Her stonesurfing could literally be a really cool hoverboard, and I think the particle effects on every ability would look absolutely SPLENDID in a cybernetic imagining.

She'a getting SSW Skin though.

And even if she would get a futuristic cyber skin, I'd rather give her Program Taliyah skin so we can make a plot twist betweem her and Project Yasuo. xd

Worlds skins are not part of the regular skin rotations. Normal skins for champs are selected by Riot's skin teams, so they have their own production schedule. Worlds skins are selected by the team members who win Worlds. Since they're not part of the skin teams, and since these skins are special rewards for them, they exist outside of the normal production schedule.

Here's an example. You order a muffin at a bakery. It take a while for them to bake it. Your friend comes up, and hands you a muffin she purchased for you earlier, as a gift for helping her move. Does that muffin you got as a gift mean that the muffin you ordered is suddenly going to vanish or get thrown away because you have one in your hands? No, that muffin you ordered is still going to finish baking, and the baker will give it to you, even if you're holding another muffin. Worlds skins are the gift muffins. Regular skins are the muffins you've ordered and are waiting to bake.

She’s slated to get another skin in addition to a Samsung Galaxy skin from Worlds 2017.

That's actually a rule of the PROJECT skin-line.

(i wish i could give you the source)

Knowing how much Taliyah is a wholesome person, I'd see her more in the Super Galaxy or Star Guardian.

(Program is not really for pure humans)
