Pemrock Lightshield was the bastard brother of Jarvan Lightshield IV until, as an infant, his mother was executed for harboring the royal child. The king, his father, aimed to find him and kill him so as to prevent a future competition for his true son. By the time his mother was killed he was on his way to a Ionian sword school to become a master assassin, courtesy of the mother's extended family. He was to be trained by the legendary master Yasuo. On the trail to Ionia, they learned of their proposed teacher's awfully faulted murder. They decided they themselves would have to raise the child of royal blood as his own peasant, to never let him know his true blood. However, whilst returning this child to their home in the Tempest Flats, they were raided by mercenaries sent by King Jarvan III. These mercenaries were vicious hounds, killing his new parents and stealing him from their subsidiary. They knew the Noxian king would pay more, so they were to give this child to his parent's rivals. Sure they were going to kill him, this child, still a toddler, stabbed the mercenary set to keep watch on him directly through his eye with a sharp stick. He angled it perfectly to kill. Pemrock had slain his first foe and slipped in to the darkness. He lived in nature on his own until his late teen years. He quickly mastered the art of survival whilst never harming anything first. Whenever he would come across travelers, he knew to stay hidden. Eventually, Pemrock met the yordles, and immediately gained their trust. He knew very little of these strange peoples, and therefore stayed careful and paranoid. Word got around Bandle City that the King's bastard son was taking refuge. When Poppy, the Iron Ambassador heard of this she immediately reported it to the king. Several Demacian knights, including Garen himself were sent to capture this boy. Pemrock recognized Garen from his childhood and quickly fluttered back into the wilderness where his only allies resided. Pemrock was thought to be a small threat for battle, but a big threat by name. Garen and the others rushed to the forest to capture him and were astounded by what they saw. Pemrock stood atop a branch, with an unrequited sight of them. He had the insects and plants of these woods create the most beautiful thing they had seen, stunning them in awe. As they approached the beautiful sight in awe, Pemrock sneaked behind Garen, attempting to slit his throat. Garen, having been cautious due to his experience with his assassin rival, expected this and swung behind him with all his might. Pemrock watched as time slowed and he breathed his last breath. What neither of them expected was an occurrence of surprising valor. The plants had arose and shielded Garen's swing, giving Pemrock a second chance to fight back, though he knew very well that he would have little luck. He fled further into his natural kingdom, wherein Garen and the others refused to trek. He was never heard of again. That is, until he was summoned to fight in the League of Legends against his own kin.

Abilities:

-Passive: Guarded -Upon taking lethal damage, the plantlife protects Pemrock, blocking whatever ability or hit would've killed him. While on cooldown, Totem of Awe also heals him a percentage of the damage done.

-Q: Bestial Flee -Pemrock throws a vine to pull him towards whatever it hits, including terrain and towers. If it hits an enemy, it deals (scales with AD) damage. He gains vines over time and can have a maximum of two at once.

-W: Totem of Awe -Pemrock's friends of the forest create a totem of beauty, charming any enemy within a small distance for a short moment while also dealing a slight amount of AP damage over time.

-E: Revenge Strike -Passive: When hit by an enemy, gives them a stack of Vengeance, giving Pemrock sight of them and lasting for a short period of time. -Active: Pemrock focuses on all targets with a stack of Vengeance, dealing physical damage to each one and consuming the stack, losing sight. (No max range)

-R: Final Strike -Pemrock's next basic attack on a champion assinates it if it's health is below (scale with his AD). If their health is too high, it will refund this ability and set it on a short cooldown.

I think the (E) Should be more of an activation, and as he takes damage he reflects small amounts of it back based on the enemys (or his) max ad. Because the "within the last several seconds" could be way too op, I mean what if he backs and the procs his E, or he gets hit top lane while tp'ing bot and procs it then?

Reworked his E slightly.

I like it, pretty cool concept. Not too bursty but seems strong enough to do major damage.
