[Champion CONCEPT] Sylia, the Hopeful Warrior
Sylia is a child who joined the demacian forces with determination, about 10 years later, her determination slowly fades and she resorts to using tricks in her to get her job done safely. Many people call her a trickster instead of a warrior, following these events, she left the force and switches out her weapons,from a bloody stained backstabbing blade,to a weapon more fit for her dirty methods. She crafted a weapon out of a shiny material, in which when slashed, it shines and 'disappears'. She now travels with her trusty weapon, 'Vitre'.
Sylia is an Assassin/Marksman
#[P] Shadowing Slashes# Sylia's 2nd attack or ability hit on an enemy will disappear and reappear, and will hit a blind spot,dealing 10/25/40% bonus damage. If it hits a critical strike on a champion,then Sylia will gain a permanent .25/.5/.75 movespeed. (30 second cooldown) Upgrades at levels 9 & 13
#[Q] Regression# Sylia switches between Vitre and an old-fashioned sword.
Vitre: Decreased attack range (-25). Deals 5/7/9/11/13% bonus damage. Sword: Increased attack range (+30). Cannot Crit. Disables Shadowing Slashes. Sylia's first attack after switching to Sword deals 10/14/18/22/26% bonus damage. Type: Buff | No Cost | Cooldown: 2 at all ranks.
#[W] Basic Cut/Slash# Sylia will do a basic move,according to which weapon she has. This ability will reset if Sylia switches her weapon.
[(-)]Vitre: Sylia cuts the opponent down,dealing 10/20/30/40/50 + (75% AD) as well as adding Grievous Wounds as long as you are near the enemy. ([-])Sword: Sylia takes a step forward and slashes,dealing 15/30/45/60/75 + (25% AD) and slows enemies for 25% for 3 seconds. Type: Targeted/Movement | Mana Cost: 15/25/35/45/55 | Cooldown: 7 at all ranks.
#[E] Vanishing Vitre# Sylia switches to Vitre and twirls it around,causing her to disappear for 4 seconds. Any enemy who hits you during this form will deal 25/35/45/55/65% reduced damage,however it will cause you to be revealed. Your next basic attack will proc Shadowing Slashes. Type: Stealth | Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 | Cooldown: 17 at all ranks.
