To my knowledge, this interaction between Kha'Zix & Rengar still exists in the game. Haven't seen it in a while, but I assume it's still there since Senna has an interaction with Thresh.

Its still there, problem is though that games dont usually last that long anymore for it to trigger because of all the bullshit dmg ending fights in 2 seconds.
