Ranked Team Logos?

I have an idea that would be pretty tough to implement but would be a very fun little feature. my idea is being able to use custom pictures for you ranked team (no not Rito-approved ones - CUSTOM ones). The only problem I see is that people would make them vulgar or just plain rude. This, is something I'm sure Rito would not want to happen. So, what if the images are sent in and then approved by Rito, so that they are safe to use. Maybe to relieve the stress Rito can make it so that you can only change your logo once a month or something. Just an idea which I think would spice up ranked teams a lot!
