Lore: Evil puppeteer controlling my aching soul Evil puppeteer Im the one you stole Evil hands Upon my string Make me Dance And watch me sing

Deep in the bowls of the shadow isles there comes a demon who feast on the soul of champions. He carry's two dead corpse that he used as puppets luring any travelers that comes by. His laugh his sinister and creep, his face his a mask that looks like a clown always smiling and his eyes are red as blood. Levi is a evil spirit that craves the soul of the strongest so he haunts the league with his killer shows he displayed with his killer puppets.

Levi: Upon my string I make you dance and make you sing.

Appearance: Levi is so horrific to look at he always wears a mask that have a sinister smile. He is a spirit with a body that his decaying so he needs to feed his soul to stop the process. He wears a black hooded robe and he always carry two dead corpses in battle to fight or to him entertain his audience. He is very mobile with attack.

Stats: Health: 530 (+78/level) Mana: 300 (+46/level) Attack Damage: 60 (+2 per level) Movement Speed: 310 Health Regen: 7.9 (+0.55 per level) Armor: 20 (3 per level) Magic Resist: 35

Champion Matrix: Damage: 3/3 Defense: 1/3 Crowd Control: 3/3 Mobility: 2/3 Utility: 1/3

Gameplay:

Passive Soul eater........ whenever an enemy champion is defeated he can walk over them restoring health and mana.

Q: Corpse Throw..... Levi hurls the two corpses straight at the enemy champion. Damage deals 70/120/203/280. Mana cost 90

W: Body bomb: Once Levi uses his Q ability the corpses at the target location can be detonated dealing damage and poison enemies. Damage deals 90/150/250/300. Mana Cost 90

E: Unmask... Levi unmask himself scaring away opponents around him for 3 seconds. Damage deals 50/80/120/150. This can be use to escape whenever there is a gank or he is in trouble. Mana cost 50

R: Corpse Party..... The army of enemies Levi consumes his released and runs straight at the enemy for 4 seconds dealing damage 210/280/340/450 (+60% ap) This also slows the enemy that is trap in the the lane. Kinda like a maoki ult but an army of undead corpses running towards you dealing damage. It is much quicker too. Mana cost 100

His W feels too 1 dimensional. Good design overall, but I think you could just combine the QW combo onto his Q, then make up something new for his W. Maybe his Q is a skill shot that sets them up similar to zyra plants or Azir soldiers and they have a short period to attack enemy champs. For his W, maybe he sets up a dummy like an immobile leblanc clone to eat enemy skillshots. You could balance how much health it has and how long it would stay to make it balanced and it would work with his theme better. I like the Jhin/Shaco thematic combo and the dangerous game-esque passive is a good idea too. The R would probably look something like a Hecarim ult, only with more damage and no fear. Also you have to tone down the fear duration, probably make it scale up with level.

The base damage is completely insane the fear is really damn strong and so free, i feel like he would go more like a support with that hard cc and high base damage of his abilities. High up the mana costs, show cd and the ap scalings of other abilities
